This hotel is excellent and clean. The staff is efficient and amicable, especially the room cleaners. The beds are neat and there is coffee available, as well as a couch. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, stores, major shopping malls, dining places. For tea or coffee, there is a nearby Starbucks to visit.

Loved our great stay for the price. Exceptional location in Bay Area, POLITE staff, everything was brand-new. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the rooms were neat and cool. It had a microwave, coffee/tea makers and a fridge.

unfriendly staff at check-in. card did not work for opening the room and so we had to go to the reception again. room stank strongly of smoke. after another visit to the reception and complaint we got another room
